Sunset Valley Elementary School will be closed as part of the 2026-27 school consolidations. Students will be reassigned to Boone or Cunningham Elementary Schools based on their home address. The school-wide dual language program will relocate to Odom Elementary School as a non-zoned school-wide dual language program. The district will coordinate with the campus to ensure that immediate facility needs that impact students day-to-day are met through the end of the school year, and that the building will remain warm, safe and dry after closure.
